Rakesh Singh is Vice President of Communications at KFF, which he joined in 2000.  He has previously worked at Alliance for Health Reform, on the health staff of U.S. Senate Committee on Finance, and on the staff of U.S. Representative Jim Cooper.  He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.
