Jennie Anderson is a Director with the Social Impact Media Program at KFF. She has nearly two decades of experience in health communications, heath education, health literacy, social marketing, and use of digital media for social good.
Ms. Anderson directs digital strategy for the Social Impact Media’s public information initiatives including Greater Than AIDS, that delivers life-saving information and confronts HIV-related stigma in the U.S. and Greater Than COVID, which includes The Conversation: Between Us About Us, a digital media campaign to dispel misinformation and provide accessible facts about the COVID-19 vaccines.
Prior to joining KFF, Ms. Anderson spent nearly eight years as a consultant at John Snow Inc. In her role, she served as the Communications Director for HIV.gov and directed several social marketing campaigns focused on HIV, STDs, tobacco prevention, and gang violence prevention for multiple health departments.
Ms. Anderson has a Master of Science in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health.
