Mikhaila Richards joined KFF in 2022 as a communications officer. She has previously worked at the Association for American Medical Colleges, the National Association of County and City Health Officials, Blue State Digital, and the Advisory Board Company. Mikhaila earned a Master of Science degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Smith College.
