Elizabeth (Liz) Williams is a Senior Policy Analyst with KFF’s Program on Medicaid and the Uninsured, where she focuses on analysis of state fiscal conditions, analysis of Medicaid prescription drug spending, and children’s health coverage and access. Prior to joining KFF, Liz worked in program evaluation and monitoring at DC’s Children’s Law Center and conducted data analysis for the City of Philadelphia and Penn’s Counseling and Psychological Services. She holds a B.S. from James Madison University in Mathematics and Statistics, and a master’s degree in Social Policy with a certificate in Data Analytics for Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
